I would like to warmly welcome you to our school, through our website you can find out about all the wonderful things we do here and the wide range of opportunities the pupils of Powell’s experience.  Powell’s C of E Primary School serves the community of Cirencester.  The school is over 300 years old.  We have strong links with the community, and we use the local area whenever possible in our teaching.

We ensure that every child who attends Powell’s School has the opportunity to flourish and be recognised for what they do both in and outside the classroom.  As unique individuals, everybody brings and shares their own talents and skills.  All are valued and supported. We all strive to be the best version of ourselves and to embrace the challenge in every aspect of our learning.

Our vision is underpinned by core Christian values.  We believe that all children, regardless of their circumstances, have a right to and deserve to experience all that life offers.  This means we give the children access to a wide range of new experiences both inside and outside of the classroom and we support our pupils in their emotional well-being.

One of the best ways to really learn about our school is to come and visit so that you can experience the family ethos at first hand.  During normal circumstances I am always happy to show prospective parents around, as we are currently unable to do this please contact the school office to make a telephone appointment.
